Payment terms

We accept following payment methods!We will arrange delivery in 2 days after clear payment.

1. Bank deposit/Money transfer.Account name:Suncool Furniture Pty.Ltd,BSB:032070,Account number:436551,bank:Westpac,same bank 1 day clear,otherwize 2 to 3 days..

2. Cheque/Money order. Payee:Suncool Furniture Pty.Ltd,Address:35 Princes Rd West Auburn NSW 2144

3. Cash on pickup. RingEcheap Address to double check if item in stock,bring right size car to pickup on spot.

4. Paypal Echeap will charge another 2% of transaction fees basing on total amount,log into your account in paypal.com.au,then send money to:echeapfurniture.com@gmail.com,leave order number as reference,update your address in Paypal as delivery address,no PO box.

Damaged and insurance

Delivery quote does not include insurance,recommend to pay insurance 5% of total amount when checkout. AsEcheapuse third party courier to do delivery,we have follow their policy,when receive item,please:

  • Check carton to see if damaged,if so,report driver and email clear photos inside and outside to:goecheap@gmail.com,we will response quickly.
  • Even damaged rarely happen in transit,we also recommend to pay this amount.We alway check and repack well before delivery.
  • If you pay insurance,we will swap the damaged part straight away after your report.
  • If you didn't pay insurance,we also try best to help,you may need to pay basic new part cost and postage to resend damaged parts.We do this is try best to save money for you.

We alway recheck and repack again to minimize damaged in transit.If you pickup by yourself,it's free,we only do cash on pickup at the moment.We do not accept courier pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

We arrange third party courier delivery products to your front door,under their policy,driver may not help to carry in house,you may also need help to unload items from truck.AS most furniture are heavy,you are liable by yourself to handle with care and not to hurt yourself.In most cases,driver will ring you first,you should arrange people home to sign the delivery.If nobody is home and you agree to leave in the front door,you must leave a authority letter there to indicate this.Echeapwill not responsible for the loss. If you are in Sydney metro and order more than $500,we will delivery to your personally,we also need a healthy man to help,please inform us first if no help.Most order will be shipped in 2 days if item in stock,normally take 2 to 6 business days delivery to most areas in Australia.

Return & Replacement

If you are not happy about our product, - just contact our friendly team and return to our warehouse in 14 days to get full refunds.All items must be no damaged and in factory package condiction.We will charge 20% handing fees if no original package,you are also resonsible for delivery cost.If you received faulty item,please contact us,we will arrange replacement ASAP.

Assemble issue

If you are in Sydney,we recommend you pay a little more assemble fees to get product assembled.If you take flat packed furniture,better have someone can do it,although most assemble job is easy,you may read instruction or check our website first. Please contact us or email goecheap@gmail.com fist if you have assemble problem.

Most furniture online are flact packed,does not include assemble fees!You are responsible for assemble job.

Order cancellation
