How to make order?

You are just 4 simple steps to order online,it's too easy and save time!

1. Click Buy now. Choose the right product fromEcheap online.Click "Buy now" them follow the steps to checkout.

2. Confirm Order. Any order over $500 will be confirmed by email or phone in 1 day to minimize mistake!

3. Make payment. ContactEcheapif you have specific payment requirement,like lay-by,or deposit to hold item to arrange delivery later.We accept cash on pickup,bank deposit,money transfer,cheque,money order.We also accept Paypal,which occur extra 2% transaction fees.

4. Delivery! Most order will be pickup in 2 days after clear payment,we will contact you or email you delivery tracing number to let you know expect delivery day.

You can pay by bank deposit,net bank money transfer,cash on pickup,money order,cheque need to clear,and Paypal(extra 2% transaction fees),Please check detailCustomer support.Our bank detail is:

Can I order instore?When ready to pickup?where you locate?business hour?

You are welcome to inspect item in our showroom first.We keep most product in stock,you can pay cash on pickup same time.If you come from far away,please ring us first to make sure we have that item in stock.Our warehouse'sAddress on map.You may need right size van or car or trailer and something to tight.Also checkCustomer support - for more issue to be attention!

Delivery day?Weekend delivery available?

In Sydney metro.Courier will delivery to front door for order less than $300 in business days.We may delivery on Sunday in Sydney for order more than $500.Most other areas,we use courier overnight delivery to front door. - just checkCustomer support for more details.

How to make return and warranty claim?

If you are not happy about our prouct,simply pack well and return to our warehouse in 14 days to get refund. Sorry we can not accept damaged and you will responsible for delivery. For any warranty issue,simply contact us.

It's risk free to purchase,you can cancel order anytime before delivery if you change mind.However for specific order or deposit to hold,you may not cancel the order.Any question,please ask us. It's that simple!
